Kislia Ka'leel

No one knows exactly what Kislia is, or how she came into being. She was found as a baby and raised by a man in the government of a strange country. She ages very slowly, so although she is a little less than twenty years old, she still has the body and attitude of a young child. She is extremely intelligent and skilled, and has an insatiable curiosity. She also has a playful habit of changing her name. She often tells people her name is Kili or Lelia, though these are only the most commonly used.
